Career Accomplishments: | In 2001 Dr. Summers was recruited to become a Google Scholar and was also inducted into the Justia Society having been cited or reference over 5000 times. Dr. Summers invented the first Memory-Associated Endless Vascular Stent. He invented and coordinated with the renowned Michael DeBakey, MD, to develop the first artificial heart pump and developed the first multilamellar circulatory liposome. |
