In June of 2000, she joined TOTAL PETROCHEMICALS USA, INC. (f/k/a ATOFINA Petrochemicals, Inc.) as a Contract Attorney. She was hired as a full-time employee in June 2001 and served the company as their Senior Attorney. |
Career Accomplishments: | Ms. White is responsible for the divestiture of a $20 million office building in Fort Worth, Texas and the recovery of a $56 million tax refund. She served as primary attorney on a $450 million chemical plant joint venture and on a $1 billion Olefins Cracker joint venture. Ms. White worked on construction contracts for the revamp of a refinery in Aruba and increased recoveries on collections and bankruptcies in the late 1980s. |
