MELODYE L. BARTA RECOGNIZED BY STRATHMORE'S WHO'S WHO WORLDWIDE PUBLICATION
SYOSSET, NEW YORK – Melodye L. Barta, of Liberty, Texas, has been included in the Strathmore's Who's Who Worldwide Edition for her outstanding contributions and achievements in the financial field.
ABOUT MELODYE L. BARTA
Ms. Barta has had more than 25 years of experience in the financial arena. She is currently serving as a Credit/Collections Analyst II with Synagro Technologies, Inc., a bio-solids management and beneficial residuals recovery company. Her responsibilities there include reviewing and assigning credit worthiness to potential customers and collections on commercial accounts. Prior to that, Ms. Barta held the position of Associate at Credit Alternatives, a staffing and consulting firm specializing exclusively in commercial credit, collections and risk management where she was responsible for accounting and collections. She received a B.A. in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2003. Ms. Barta currently resides in Kingwood, Texas, where she enjoys spending time with her grandson, reading, volunteering at Church and with nonprofits. She runs in the “Jailbreak Run” Half Marathon, a part of the foundation, a nonprofit organization established in remembrance of her nephew, Marcus Lee Zaruba, who lost his life at the age of 29. Ms. Barta recently lost her husband of seven years in 2010. She is proud, however, to carry on in the accounting field that both she and her late husband, Stephen J. Barta, were a part of.
